Carrara Psychologist
If you’re in Carrara and looking for psychological support, you’re closer than you might think. Zen Society Integrated Psychology is in Clear Island Waters — right next door to Carrara, same postcode (4226) — and we see children, teenagers, adults, and families.
We’re a small, genuine clinic. You’ll see the same psychologist each time, we don’t rush through sessions, and we work with people on what’s actually going on — not just the surface-level presenting problem.

Kids and teenagers
From age three through to late adolescence, we support young people with anxiety, behaviour, emotional regulation, ADHD, ASD, and more. We also work alongside parents, because the home environment matters just as much as the therapy room.
Adults
Whether you’re dealing with stress that’s been building for years, relationship difficulties, burnout, grief, trauma, or something you can’t quite name — we work with adults at every stage of life without judgement and without jargon.
NDIS participants
We support NDIS participants and can work with you whether you’re self-managed, plan-managed, or still getting your head around the system.
Families navigating ADHD or ASD
If you’re trying to get answers for your child — or for yourself — we offer comprehensive assessments and ongoing therapy. Many families find us after a long road of wondering. We’re used to that, and we take it seriously.

We’re in Clear Island Waters, just a few minutes from Carrara, and easy to get to from most parts of the southern Gold Coast.
- By car:From Carrara, head east along Gooding Drive into Clear Island Waters. Follow Gooding Drive and turn into Santa Cruz Boulevard — we’re at 56–58, the last building on the left. Free, easy onsite parking when you arrive — no multi-storey, no stress.
- We also see clients from nearby Broadbeach, Mermaid Waters, Merrimac and Robina.
