Talia Luca

Talia is a Clinical Psychologist and one of the principals of the practice here at Zen Society Integrated Psychology. Talia has a passion for working with complex mental health issues that include; anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress and trauma related problems. Her main area of interest is within the area of attachment theory and applying this to her patients presenting concerns.

Talia has completed her Masters of Clinical Psychology. She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship and emotional
difficulties. She has also completed a range of cognitive and diagnostic assessments for individuals across the lifespan.

Throughout her studies, she has conducted research exploring the modification of exposure therapy using virtual reality in the treatment of social anxiety.

Talia is passionate about providing clients with an individualised, holistic approach to best achieve therapeutic goals. She enjoys creating a collaborative and supportive space to aid in overcoming emotional difficulties in the context of the challenges that life presents.
