Referring a Patient to Zen Society
We welcome referrals from GPs and other health professionals.
Zen Society Integrated Psychology is a clinical psychology practice based in Clear Island Waters on the Gold Coast. We work with children, adolescents, and adults across a broad range of mental health presentations.
How to Refer
A GP Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) allows your patient to access Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
To refer, please send:
- A GP referral letter or MHTP
- Relevant clinical history where available
